Fix or Modify Induction Records
Modify Worker Details
- Go to Personnel > All Personnel
- Select a worker
- Select Options > Edit and make the changes necessary
- Save Changes
Reset a Failed Induction Test
- Go to a worker's profile
- Select Options > Reset Test
- To send a new induction link, select Options > Email Test
View Incomplete Inductions
- Go to Personnel > Awaiting Approval
- Filter by status to Test Incomplete
Clear Approval or Rejection
- Go to Options > Clear Approval Status / Clear Rejected Status
- Confirm removal
- Use Email Test to resend the induction link if needed
