How to create a Safety Management Plan:
You will need to create a Safety Management Plan Review Checklist first: (Create a Safety Management Plan Review Checklist)
- Select your required project from the Company Overview
- Select Safety Plan > Create New
- Select the Employer
- Enter a title and a brief description.
- Upload a copy of the Safety Management Plan
- Select whether you want to Just Upload, or Upload and Accept Review.
If you select Just Upload it will stay in pending review status until it is reviewed at a later date - Complete the Safety Management Plan Review Checklist
- Enter any reviewer notes if applicable (Mainly used when a subcontractor is submitting a Safety Management Plan for review)
- Click Create
Using HammerTech Intelligence (HTI)
- Select your required project from the Company Overview
- Select Safety Plan > Create New
- Select the Employer
- Enter a title and a brief description.
- Click Choose File in the File Upload section of the Safety Management Plan. HammerTech Intelligence (HTI) will scan the document and assess against the Safety Plan Review Checklist requirements
- Select whether you want to Just Upload, or Upload and Accept Review.
Note: If you select Just Upload it will stay in pending review status until it is reviewed at a later date - Complete the Safety Management Plan Review Checklist based on the assessment given by HammerTech Intelligence (HTI).
- Enter any reviewer notes if applicable (Mainly used when a subcontractor is submitting a Safety Management Plan for review)
- Click Create
Note: If no Option for HammerTech Intelligence is available - please reach out to your Success Manager for further information.
Note: If your HammerTech platform does have HammerTech Intelligence and is not available on Safety Plans, you can access this through Administration > HammerTech Intelligence and tick on Safety Plan Check.
