Enable Contact Form
Create a contact channel on public project sites for workers, visitors, or the public.
- From Company Overview, go to Administration > Public Contact Form.
- Choose to Enable Contact Form to make the Public Option form appear
- Select your preferred settings:
- Allow Anonymous Submissions
- Mandatory Email Address - makes the email address mandatory for any submissions that are not anonymous
- Email Notifications for New Submissions - automatically sends an email to your selected distribution group when a new submission is received
- Allow Moving Submissions to Observations - allows to raise Observations based on submissions
- Log out and check the project’s public page; Contact Form should now appear.
Contact Form Inbox
To view submissions from the Public Contact Form:
- While on project level, select Contact Form from the side menu
- Filter by status, sender type, and date.
- Select Download > Contact Form QR Code to get the QR code leading directly to the contact form
- Select Download > Spreadsheet to download all the submissions in bulk
- Select a submission from the list, then click three dots on the right to see individual actions available:
- Mark as Read/Unread - changes the read/unread status of the submission
- Download PDF - exports the submission as a PDF with previews of photos included
- Download ZIP - exports the submission as a PDF with previews of photos included, and full photos as separate files
- Move to Observations - allows to quickly raise an Observation based on the submission
- select which fields to move over from Subject, Description, and Photos
- fill out the rest of the Observation form
- click Submit
- Archive/Unarchive - manage old submissions without losing any data
- Delete - remove the submission from your system permanently
Note: once a submission is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
