Adding and Managing Regions
Regions group projects under your organisation’s hierarchy. They streamline access and allow region-specific templates.
- Go to Administration > Region Management.
- Click + to create.
- Enter a name and choose a parent region or select [BASE LEVEL].
- Tick Show as Filter on Public Site if you want workers to filter projects by region.
- Assign projects via Administration > Project Management.
Employer Functions
Functions categorise employers by scope or trade—useful when assigning responsibilities in Observations or Inspections.
- Go to Administration > Functions.
- Click + and enter a name (e.g. Electrical, Demolition).
- Assign superintendents if required.
- In Employers > Active, open a company and tick relevant functions.
Employer Flagging Reasons
Define consistent reasons for restricting subcontractors.
- Go to Administration > Employer Flagging Reasons.
- Click +, enter a reason, and click Create.
- Reasons then appear in the flag dropdown when marking an employer restricted.
