Configure Booking Cut-off Time

Booking Cut-Off Time

This prevents Subcontractors from applying for a booking slot, after a specified time. Giving managers better visibility of upcoming site activity.

For example, if the Cut-Off Time is set to 19:00 (7:00pm), Subcontractors can only submit a booking application up to 18:59 (6:59pm) on the day before the required booking. 

Set the Cut-Off Time

1. Log in to HammerTech (if not already logged in).
2. Navigate via the left-hand menu: Project Settings > Booking Cut-Off Time.
3. Enter the Cut-Off Time using one of the following methods:
   1. Type the time in 24-hour format (e.g. 19:00).
   2. Select the clock icon and choose the time using the inbuilt clock.
4. Click Save Changes.

The Cut-Off Time is now applied to the project.

Remove the Cut-Off Time (Optional)

If a Cut-Off Time is not required:

1. Log in to HammerTech (if not already logged in).
2. Navigate to Project Settings > Booking Cut-Off Time.
3. Delete any text or numbers in the Cut-Off Time field.
4. Click Save Changes.

Bookings can now be submitted at any time.
