Create Permit Checklists

Checklists can be attached to Permit Types at start, finish, or closeout.

1. Go to:
   • Permit Start Checklist Type
   • Permit Finish Checklist Type
   • Permit Closeout Checklist Type
2. Click + Add
3. Name the checklist and optionally set a display name
4. Add checklist questions:
   • Text types: Heading, FreeText
   • Input types: Yes/No, Yes/No/NA, File Upload, Date, Signature
5. Reorder or duplicate settings between questions using UI tools
6. Click Create

You can hide or deactivate checklist types from the main list

Notes

• You must configure both Permit Zones and Permit Types before permits can be used on a project
• Permit Types can be reused across multiple projects
• Diagrams are managed at the Project level, not the Company level
