Deactivating a checklist
- Navigate to Administration \ Inspection Checklist Types
Select the checklist and navigate to Options \ Deactivate
A deactivated checklist:
- Can still be found via Administration / Checklist Types filtered by 'inactive status'
- It disappears from the available checklists to select within the Inspection Type
There is no effect on an existing inspection containing the checklist, it still appears within the Checklists section
- If you are to reopen an inspection that included the (deactivated) checklist, you are able to edit the selected answers. You just won't be able to add the (deactivated) checklist via the blue plus button as it is no longer available to select.
