Viewing and Exporting SDS Register

The HammerTech SDS system collates all SDS information into one location, including any SDS information associated with JHAs. This information is available as a register from both the public page and the internal system (once logged in).

To View SDS Registers 

1. Log into HammerTech
2. Select a project from the Company Overview drop-down on the top right
3. Select SDS > View All
   Note: The SDS are sorted by Employer, then Product Name.
   
   
   
   
4. If needed, apply any filters necessary by clicking Filter on the top right:
   
   

Further details on a specific SDS can be seen by clicking on it from the list.

To Export SDS Register to an Excel Spreadsheet

Once the SDS list is filtered to the necessary degree, it can be exported by clicking Download > Spreadsheet on the top right. This will download an Excel file with all the information presented in the List view.

To view the SDS Register from the Public Page

1. Go to the Company Public Page
2. Select a project
3. Click SDS in the left-hand menu
4. A read-only searchable register will appear showing all approved SDS on the project

Alternatively, you can download a QR code that will lead directly to the public SDS register for the project.

2. Choose a project from the Company Overview drop-down on the top right
3. Select SDS > Project SDS QR Code
4. Click Download > Export QR Code
