Where References Are Used
References are created for:
- Incidents
- Injuries
- Observations
- Inspections
- Permits
- Bookings
- Meetings
- Safety Management Plans
- Bulletins
How to Find a Reference
- Open the list view of items.
- Locate the Reference or Ref column.
View on Item
- Open the item.
- View the reference on the item form.
Search by Reference
- Copy or enter the reference number.
- Paste it into the search bar.
- Open the item from the results.
