Any JHAs assigned to a worker, including workers whose induction is still Pending Approval, will be shown in the Associated JHAs section of their profile, alongside the following:
- Signature status
- Signature capture method
- Date & time the JHA was signed
If a JHA has not yet been approved by a General Contractor user, it will be reflected (and can be signed by the user) but will be marked as [Pending Review] in the list.
Below are the status' that will appear in the Associated JHAs section of a workers profile:
- UNSIGNED - the worker hasn't signed the JHA yet
- SIGNED via JHA - the worker has signed the JHA by an internal user accessing the JHA in HammerTech and having the worker sign directly
- SIGNED via SMS/Email - the worker has signed the JHA via the link that was sent to them via SMS or Email
- SIGNED via Enrollment - the worker has signed the JHA as part of his enrollment & orientation for the project
Assigning additional JHAs to a worker
- Log into HammerTech
- Search for a worker by putting either their name or unique worker ID into the Search bar on the top right
- Click the Details button to the right of the worker's name in the search results
- Click Options > Edit
- Scroll down to the Associated JHAs section, then tick the checkbox next to the JHA that needs to be assigned to the worker
- Select the signature method
- Just assign to JHAs - JHA is assigned to the worker without capturing a signature
- Assign and send notification (SMS/Email) - JHA is assigned to the worker and a link is sent to their email and/or mobile that would allow them to sign the JHA remotely
- Assign and capture signature now - JHA is assigned to the worker and a signature box is displayed for the worker to sign the JHA on the same device
- Click Save Changes
