Streamline the creation of Checklists
with the new Checklist Editor

New Look

The updated Checklist Editor offers the same question types, but with new enhancements to make configuration even easier.

Use the blue “Add Question” button to start configuring.

Floating Toolbar

Once a question has been added, a floating toolbar will appear on the right side of the screen. This toolbar will scroll down the page as questions are added and from this toolbar, you can:

• Show or Hide the question settings with the toggle switch
• Use to option cog to Select All questions, Deselect questions, Duplicate Selected questions, or
• Delete Selected questions
• Selecting the preview icon will open a pop-up with a preview of the configured questions.
• The blue plus button will create a new question at the bottom of the form.

Note: Yes/No or Yes/No/NA question functionality cannot be tested in Preview, but Select List and Multi-Select List can be opened to view what has been added

Arranging Questions

Questions can now be dragged and dropped anywhere in the Checklist. Select the questions you want to move, click the left mouse button and hold to drag the questions.

Update to Question Types

Yes/No and Yes/No/NA question types in Inspection Checklists will now have a panel specifically for observations. Once a behavior has been selected for the Yes or No answer, the settings will open automatically allowing for additional configuration.
