Observation Updates
Reminder: The word Issues has been removed from HammerTech, you will now only see Observations
Observation Categories
With similar functionality to Inspection Categories, Observation Categories are now available to help provide more details for raised Observations. Once configured, Observation Categories will appear while raising an Observation and will narrow down the Observation Type based on the configured category.
Configure the categories under Administration: Observation Categories and associate them to Observations under Administration: Observation Types.
Observation Resolution Emails
Once an Observation has been marked as Resolved, an email will now be sent to the assigned Employer letting them know the Resolution has been accepted. See below for an example of the email text.
Employers Observation Dashboard
Coming soon: Employers now have access to a Dashboard detailing all open observations for the project they are assigned to. The Dashboard contains the Observation type, description, and status and is available at both a project and company level.
