Instructions

To export a reports to Excel for Personnel Induced

1. Log into HammerTech
2. Select your required project from the Company Overview drop-down in the top right-hand corner
3. Select REPORTS > Personnel Inducted
4. Enter in the Start Date and End Date.
   Note: For an up to date report you may leave the End Date blank, or for a report of the entire project leave both the Start Date and End Date blank.
5. Select the required filters from the list (If unknown then leave as ALL).
6. Select Download Report icon

The report will download in an Excel format.

The report will display the following columns: 

• • Employer Name
  • First Name
  • Surname
  • Site Pass Number
  • Postcode
  • Date Induction Approved
  • Unique Employee Code
  • Mobile
  • Date of Birth
  • Profile Picture URL (if applicable)
