Go to Administration > Project Management.
- Click the blue plus button on the top right

Enter the project details
Note: the project domain and timezone cannot be edited once created. Please ensure you enter correct values into these fields-
Name - the name of the project

Domain Name - the extension of the URL that leads to the project page, e.g.
companyname.hammertechonline.com/project-domain
Note: this field will populate automatically based on the Name of the project, but can be edited until changes are saved. - Region - region the new project will belong to (selected from drop-down)
- Internal Identifier - an ID that can be assigned to a project for reporting purposes
- Timezone - timezone in which all the project records will be reflected
Note: once a project is created, the timezone cannot be modified.

- Enter Site Information
- Site Address - the physical address of the project
- Weather Forecast Location - location used for weather forecasting (selected from the list provided by the local government meteorology agencies)
- Weather Observation Location - location used for observations on current weather (selected from the list provided by the local government meteorology agencies)
- State & Country - filters for the Weather Forecast & Observation Location lists
- If needed, enter Site Timings
If needed, set the Start and Finish times for each day of the week, and mark any days the site will be closed with a tick box in the Closed? column. - If needed, set Site Sign-Out timings
This functionality allows to automatically sign out any workers still signed in at a set time- when the site closes - sign-out time is the Finish Time set in Site Timings
- at a certain time - sign-out time is the set time selected below
- after a certain amount of time - sign-out time calculated from each worker's sign-in time
- If needed, enter Project Information
- Expected Start Date - date works on the project are expected to start
- Expected End Date - date works on the project are expected to end
- Projected Project Hours - expected amount of worker hours needed to complete the project
- Project Value - expected value of the project
- Scope - any notes describing the expected scope of the project
- Hide Public Project Website - this setting allows to hide the project from the company's public page, meaning workers and members of public will not see the project on the public page. Workers also will not be able to complete their registration via the public page.
- If needed, enter Client Information
- Client Name
- Contact Name
- Contact Email
- Contact Phone
Once all the necessary fields are filled in, click Create. The new project will now appear in the list of projects.
