A list of all the Projects in your HammerTech can be viewed by going to Administration > Project Management.
When a specific project is selected, more detailed information becomes available, and can be edited.
Note: the project domain, timezone, and creation/archiving date cannot be edited.
Archived projects also show Date Archived, and no changes can be made to any fields.
Note: If you need a project unarchived, please reach out to the HammerTech Support Team for further assistance using the Submit Request button in the top right-hand corner.
Fields that can be edited for active projects:
- Name - the name of the project
- Region - region the new project will belong to (selected from drop-down)
- Internal Identifier - an ID that can be assigned to a project for reporting purposes
- Site Information
- Site Address - the physical address of the project
- Weather Forecast Location - location used for weather forecasting (selected from the list provided by the local government meteorology agencies)
- Weather Observation Location - location used for observations on current weather (selected from the list provided by the local government meteorology agencies)
- State & Country - filters for the Weather Forecast & Observation Location lists
- Site Timings - site Start and Finish times
- Site Sign-Out - auto-sign-out settings
- Project Information
- Expected Start Date - date works on the project are expected to start
- Expected End Date - date works on the project are expected to end
- Projected Project Hours - expected amount of worker hours needed to complete the project
- Project Value - expected value of the project
- Scope - any notes describing the expected scope of the project
- Hide Public Project Website - this setting allows to hide the project from the company's public page, meaning workers and members of public will not see the project on the public page. Workers also will not be able to complete their registration via the public page.

Once all the changes necessary have been made, click Save Changes.
