- Select Administration > Induction Settings in the left-hand menu
- Select the induction level that you need to make changes to (company/region/project)
Note: to see the projects, expand the region by clicking the arrow next to its name
Project inductions can also be found by going to the project in question and selecting Project Settings > Induction Settings in the left-hand menu - Select the blue plus button on the top right to add a new induction section
Section Details

Enable Induction Section - un-tick this box if you want the section to not show for workers
(useful when you have not yet finalised the section settings or content) - Name of Section - will show in the list of Inductions completed by the worker in the worker profile
- Insert at Position - controls the order in which the sections will be displayed
Test Settings
If you plan on setting up an Induction Test (see here for more information), the Test Settings area allows you to set the test parameters.

# Questions to Display - how many questions will be presented to the worker from the question list
Note: this number needs to be less than or equal to the total amount of questions in the question list -
# Questions Correct to Pass - how many questions the workers need to answer correctly
Note: this number needs to be less than or equal to the number of questions displayed - # Attempts Allowed to Pass Test - how many times workers can attempt the test if they do not answer the necessary amount of questions correctly
Excluded / Included Employers
- Excluded Employers - allows you to hide the section from some employers. Select the employers that WILL NOT see this section of the Induction.

Included Employers - allows you to only show the section to some employers. Select the employers that WILL see this section of the Induction.
Please note: you need to only use one or the other option. You cannot use both at the same time.

- Excluded Job Titles - allows you to hide the section from workers with some job titles. Select the job titles that WILL NOT see this section of the Induction.

Checklist
Checklists allow to ask questions during the induction process without setting a right/wrong answer.

Once you have finished the above settings, click the blue Save Changes button.
Adding slides to an induction section
- Click the cog icon to the right of the section in question, then select Slides
- Click the blue plus button on the top-right
- Select the language of the slides

Choose the file to attach
Note: the only supported file formats are .ppt and .pptx - Click Upload
Adding a video to an induction section
- Click the cog icon to the right of the section in question, then select Videos
- Click the blue plus button on the top-right
- Select the language of the video
- Paste the embedding code of the video
Note: this needs to be a string of code that embeds the video, not a link to the video. - Click Upload
Creating the questions list
- Click the cog icon to the right of the section in question, then select Edit Questions
- Choose whether you want to add a Multiple Choice question or a True/False question, then proceed to fill out the appropriate section
- Select the correct answer using the radio buttons on the left
- Add the question to the list by clicking Add Questions
