To Modify SWMS And Notify Personnel:
- Log into HammerTech
- Select your required project from the Company Overview drop-down on the top right
- Select SWMS > View All
- Select the SWMS you wish to modify
- Select Options > Edit
- If the uploaded file needs to be replaced, tick the Remove Uploaded File checkbox, then select Choose File and upload the amended SWMS
- Make any other required edits to the page
- When the SWMS document has been modified, a tick box will appear, asking 'Are SWMS updates material changes?'.
Select this checkbox if new signatures are required to acknowledge the changes. - Once completed, select Save Changes.
Note: When a Material Change has been made, all the workers assigned to it will receive a notification to review the changes and re-sign the document.
They will not be able to sign until the SWMS attachment has been downloaded and viewed.
The status will only change to Signed once something is recorded in the signature box.
