The digital permit board is available to all workers on site and can be accessed via:
- the Project Public Page
- Permits > View Board
- QR code
- Hammertech TV App
Viewing Digital Permit Board
- Can be viewed on any device (phone, tablet or computer)
- Permits are grouped by Status and then Date
- Permits shown from the previous 48 hours and the next 7 days
- Board refreshed every 6 seconds
Permit statuses
- Expired - indicates a booking was scheduled but was not marked as completed in the system.
- Completed - indicates a booking was scheduled and was marked as completed in the system.
- Upcoming (Blue) - indicates that a booking has been approved and is coming up in the next 7 days.
- Scheduled (Yellow) - indicates that a booking has been approved and is within the time-frame of the booking but has not been marked as started.

Active (Green) - indicates that a booking has been approved, is within the time-frame of the booking and has been marked as started but not finished yet.
Permit Board on Hammertech TV App
The Digital Permit Board is also available on the Hammertech TV App, which can be configured to any Android TV or any TV device that is using Android TV OS 7.0 or above.
The Digital Permit Board on the Hammertech TV App will show any Permits that are Pending Review, Scheduled, In Progress, Awaiting Closeout or Upcoming.
Note: Expired and Completed Permits will not appear on the Hammertech TV app moving forward.
