Introducing Clear SWMS Status

Available now for Standard User and above, Clear Status can be found under the Options cog of Accepted and Rejected SWMS.

Clearing a SWMS status puts the SWMS back into a Pending Review status. For two-step review processes, when a SWMS status has been cleared, clearing the status will put it into a Pending Initial Review status.
