Revised Sign-out Process

The sign-out process has been updated to align with the sign in process, to make signing in and out easier for all users.

Force Meeting Download

During the sign-in process, the user can be forced to download a Meetings details, prior to being able sign off on the Meeting.

This functionality can be setup within Administration > Meeting Types, by selecting 'Attendees must download PDF to sign'.

Note: Forcing the meeting download is only available through web sign in (i.e. when signing in via the users own device) due to tablet limitations.

QR Code
Expiry Timeframe: the QR code now has an expiry timeframe of 1 hour. This is to assist sites in making sure the sign-in process is happening on site each day, and not from another location.

Limited Functionality QR Code: a printable QR code, that does not expire, is now available. Due to the decreased security of a static QR code, this option does come with limited functionality. Read more here
